"Claud" Nine
Thats the headline of the sports section of The Dialy Mirror. Claudio Ranieri's Chelsea defied all odds to beat Arsenal at Highbury yesterday to progress into the Champions League Semi Finals. I must admit that I am a tad bit dissapointed that the gallacticos of Real Madrid lost to Monaco. A Chelsea vs Real Madrid semi would have been a great match up. That said, I feel bad for Arsenal. but not tooo bad :) I hope they lose to Tottenham in the derby a week from now :).

I have not blogged for almost two months now....I guess its a little tough to keep up the enthu levels to document stuff more regularly...As always, my indoor soccer team is in the playoffs tommorow. I scored two in last weeks game and boy does it feel good :) Hopefully my form continues into tommorow's games.

I met up with my cousin Aarti and new born nephew Rahil recently in Chicago. It was a great trip. My aunt was there too and she cooked some 'ahhsome' Sindhi food that I am still reminiscing about. Between workaholic work and falling sick[ TWICE :( ] in the last two months, I have still managed to do a lot. I went for a popular play at the Geva Theatre called "Death of a Salesman". It was really good and for an "anpad gawaar" as myself, it was worth every bit of of my time and money.

This past weekend, Jui took me to this cool resteraunt called The Pangea in Ithaca. Although I was a little skeptical about it at first, I really liked it by the time we got out of there. If you ever make it down to Ithaca,NY, be sure to check this place out. This weekend, we will hopefully make it to Syracuse, where shopping at the Carousel Mall and some fun times at 116 Meadowbrook await us. I also recently watched Munabhai MBBS, Lost In Translation, Ab Tak Chappan and Ek Haseena thee. I reccommend all of them. On another note, the puzzles at this link and this Nutrigrain commercial are highly reccommended for some Timex Timepass.

More after tommmorow's games...
